Jacklyn + Jason // Budd Lake, New Jersey

I'm so excited to share this beautiful and SNOWY, intimate outdoor wedding that took place in Budd Lake, NJ literally a 2 minute drive from my house. How fun is that?! 

When Jacklyn contacted me earlier this year and I saw that they were getting married at the Pax Amicus theater right in my neighborhood, I was SO excited! I had seen advertisements for the shows at the theater along the road and Paul and I drove by it once (its right on the lake and not super accessible) but we had never been there or seen a show there! And Jacklyn and Jason were getting married there? Yes please!

These two were so cute! They said their vows outside in the garden despite the chill in the air and the snow on the ground. It was perfect! Only their families were there to celebrate with them and honestly even though I don't know them well, it seemed just perfect for them. 

My absolute favorite part was the SHOES!!! Jacklyn her new stepdaughter, her mom and her new mother-in-law all had on sparkly shoes. It was awesome. And Jacklyns red sparkle shoes? Get outta town!!! 

After the ceremony we did some family photos outside the castle and then I took Jacklyn and Jason around the property for their first portraits as husband and wife! Congratulations you two! Cheers to many more years of love and happiness!

Speaking at The Reset Workshop!

The end of 2016 has turned out to be a major list-crossing-off few months for me. Not only did I get to be interviewed on a podcast, but I was also recently asked to speak at a workshop that will be taking place in early 2017!

I am super excited to join the lineup for this one day workshop taking place in Hampton Roads, VA. I will be speaking on blogging for your ideal client and I can not wait to meet everyone there and hopefully help take away some of the overwhelm when it comes to blogging. 

One of my big hairy scary goals is to speak regularly at conferences and workshops so this is such a huge and awesome first step for me towards reaching that goal! So excited for what the rest of 2017 has to bring!
