I was so looking forward to this session for so many reasons. I haven't seen my friend Dianna for such a long time. So long in fact, that I am pretty sure these twin girls were NEWBORNS when I last saw them (and her). I met Dianna through my job in college and we became fast friends and sorority sisters. In fact, we would often get confused for actual sisters. And still do! She told me that one of her kids saw a pic of me somewhere and asked if it was her!

I was so excited when I knew she wanted to do a session when I came to town and was even more excited when she suggested the Alb Botanic Gardens. I have always wanted to shoot there and it did not disappoint. We had a GREAT time. The kids were hilarious. The twins were adorable. And to top all that off I think we got some really good shots that Dianna and her family will cherish forever.

Love you girl!

I have a special place in my heart for families of three. Since I am an only child I have a lot of experience with the "three" dynamic. I know Megan from college and even though her family will likely not stay a "three" family forever, I had a great time with them on this early Saturday morning in Albuquerque.

Their little man was full of really fun smiles. He was marching (not running) all around and having a great time exploring. It was even more fun when they brought out the football jerseys and he got to swing and be thrown in the air.

Megan I have loved watching your family grow throughout the years and I am so glad I got to capture all your love in front of my lens!
